Role Description
SmartSearch are pursuing an ambitious product roadmap to achieve strategic growth, and are therefore expanding their Product Team. This is an opportunity to build a career in Product Ownership within a fast-paced and thriving organisation.
With the support of the Product Manager and Product Team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business and external developers to ensure product requirements and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience within a product/project team
- Knowledge of agile practices and software development methodologies
- Excellent teamwork skills, keen collaborator with all stakeholders
- Understanding of requirements techniques - user journeys, story mapping, etc.
- Pro-active and focused on delivery
- Keen interest in improving the User Experience
- Passion for data and analysis
- Strong Customer focus, listening and communicating at all levels
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise product features in line with the product roadmap
- Refine requirements and acceptance criteria in agreement with all parties
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to progress development goals
- Understand user journeys and promote improvements to the User Experience
- Assess issues reported in the live environment and manage their resolution
- Analyse product, customer, and market data to help guide product decisions
- Communicate with Client Services for UAT and landing changes to the product
- Contribute towards continuous improvement in ways of working
