You will coordinate projects, identify ways to improve process efficiency, research solutions and help the Senior CSI Manager to implement changes within the business. It is a very varied and fast-paced role which will give the successful candidate an amazing opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of projects across and work with stakeholders from all areas of the business.

The role can be divided into 3 key workstreams:

  1. Enterprise Support: providing key support to revenue-generating teams, in particular Enterprise Sales and Customer Success Teams, including bid writing, data research and analysis.

  2. Process Improvement: streamlining and centralizing core processes across the business, supporting operational excellence pillars.

  3. Project Co-ordination: delivery of assigned projects including go to market launch of new product initiatives and process automation projects.

  • With an emphasis on communication and organizational skills, analysis, submitting proposal documents and research, the role will include managing projects which enable growth in both UK and international markets, ensuring we have a consistent high-quality approach throughout the business.

  • Completion of proposal documents (RFPs) and due diligence questionnaires to a high standard within agreed timescales

  • Creation of both internal and external collateral and literature for use by various departments up to Board level.

  • Support the roll-out of new product initiatives and Go-To-Market strategies by engaging with leadership teams and subject matter experts throughout the business

  • Identifying and planning opportunities for process changes in our client-facing teams and supporting them with the implementation

  • Producing research and analysis reports for the Senior CSI Manager as required, ensuring data is presented in an appropriate manner in Excel etc.

  • Confident using MS Office applications to a high level including Word, Excel, PowerPoint (SharePoint is also a bonus)

  • Excellent attention to detail to produce reports and documentation to a high standard

  • Excellent customer service skills (internal and external)

  • Lots of initiative whilst also able to follow procedures

  • You will be eager to demonstrate lots of passion and initiative to develop a successful and rewarding career

  • Problem solving and creative thinking

  • A quick learner and possessing strong communication skills in order to find out information from internal stakeholder where relevant
