HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
The Growth Marketing Specialist will drive measurable and commercially focused growth in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and revenue through our Partnerships, Product, New Markets and Enterprise channels.
The Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:
- Generating new business revenue through high-value strategic partnerships, delivered through co-marketing, thought leadership, and joint demand-generation campaigns
- Generating new inbound revenue through Enterprise, newmarketsand product marketing strategies, achieved by increasing AOV, optimising conversion across existing markets, and strengthening the inbound funnel
This role works cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales and external partners to identify growth opportunities, execute high-impact campaigns, and accelerate revenue generation at scale.
VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and activate high-value marketing partnerships that deliver measurable revenue impact
- Lead joint marketing programmes such as co-branded whitepapers, partner landing pages, webinars, PR amplification, and integrated demand-gen campaigns
- Build partnership pipelines that directly contribute to new business opportunity creation and progression
- Work with Sales leadership to develop shared KPIs, attribution models, and reporting frameworks to demonstrate commercial value
Enterprise, New Markets and Product Marketing Growth
Own the strategy for increasing inbound enterprise revenue across core and new markets by:
- Enhancing targeted messaging, segmentation, and premium positioning in key verticals
- Optimising the inbound journey and conversion funnel across website, content, and lifecycle touchpoints
- Producing enterprise-grade assets that drive consideration (case studies, industry insights, value calculators, etc.)
Product Marketing
- Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies
- Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with growth objectives
- Partner with Product Management to translate technical features into customer benefits for marketing campaigns
- Create sales enablement materials (pitch decks, product sheets, FAQs) to help Sales articulate product value
- Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging frameworks, and competitive analysis to support growth campaigns
Customer Journey and Lifecycle Optimisation
- Map and optimise the full customer journey from first touch to revenue creation and renewal, ensuring all activities support both partnership, new markets and enterprise revenue objectives.
Revenue and ROI Focus
- Use analytics, experimentation, and performance data to link all marketing initiatives to revenue outcomes
- Track commercial impact using HubSpot, BI dashboards, and partner attribution models
- Collaborate with the Brand & Communications Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to allocate budgets where they generate the highest revenue ROI
PR and Brand Visibility for Revenue Impact
- Lead the Brand and Communications strategy to amplify partner activity, enterprise credibility, and category leadership
- Execute PR and syndication strategies that directly enhance inbound lead quality and share of voice
Innovation and Market Trends
- Identify emerging opportunities and channels that can unlock new revenue streams across partnerships and enterprise markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and effective enterprise lead follow-up, ensuring revenue objectives are met.
Accountability and Execution
- Own targets, deadlines, and delivery standards to ensure consistent progress toward Partnership New Markets, and Enterprise inbound revenue.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?
- Relevant marketing/business qualification (e.g., CIM, IDM, or equivalent) demonstrating strong theoretical and practical understanding of marketing principles
- Proven track record of generating revenue through multi-channel campaigns and/or partnership-led programmes
- Experience increasing AOV, driving enterprise acquisition, and scaling inbound revenue channels
- Ability to identify, close, and manage strategic partnerships delivering measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong analytical and optimisation skills with the ability to link marketing performance to revenue attribution
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS business (desired not essential)
