HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

As a Go-To-Market Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing GTM initiatives that bring our Product Roadmap to market successfully. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product & Technology, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal/Risk/Compliance, and Finance to ensure new products and features are launched on time, with clear positioning, enablement, and adoption strategies. 

 

Your role is critical in bridging product development and commercial execution, ensuring that every launch drives measurable business impact—whether that’s revenue growth, customer retention, or market share expansion.  

 

In addition to product launches, you will also lead select Enterprise Client Onboarding and Client Development projects, ensuring a seamless experience from initial engagement through full adoption. This includes coordinating internal teams, managing timelines, and aligning onboarding activities with broader go-to-market objectives to maximise client satisfaction and long-term success. 

VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • GTM Planning & Execution: Own the end-to-end GTM plan for product launches, aligning timelines, deliverables, and resources across teams.  
  • Product Roadmap Delivery: Partner with Product Management to understand the roadmap and translate it into actionable GTM workstreams.  
  • Enterprise Client Onboarding and Development Requests: Partner with Sales & Customer Success to understand and project manage key client onboardings or development requests. This may include involvement from RFP right through to onboarding.  
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure readiness for launch.  
  • Enablement: Ensure Sales and Customer Success teams have the tools, training, and messaging needed for successful adoption and customer engagement.  
  • Clear Communication: Drive clear communication on projects with stakeholders and clients at all levels. 
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact launch timelines or quality.  
  • Performance Tracking: Work with the stakeholders to define, implement and report on the success metrics for launches (e.g adoption, ARR impact, pipeline generation). 
  • Continuous Improvement: Work with stakeholders to empower teams, foster accountability and optimise our GTM processes, templates, and playbooks for efficiency and scalability. 
  • Proactive contribution to the Portfolio Team to evolve our people and processes. 
  • This role is focused on delivery of our Product Roadmap and Client Onboardings, but you may be required to manage other strategic projects as per the demands of our Change Portfolio. 
  • Manage Project Managers where additional capacity is required to fulfil the demands of the Product Roadmap and Client Onboarding agenda. 

 


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within a SaaS or technology environment. 
  • Strong understanding and experience of go-to-market strategies and activities, product lifecycle, and commercial readiness. 
  • Experience working successfully with Enterprise level Clients. 
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management and communication skills. 
  • Able to produce high quality, clear and concise project plans and documentation for internal and client audiences. 
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tooling including Agile. Able to apply a fit for purpose methodology to the project at hand. 
  • Ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Mentoring, coaching and developing teams – project managers and business stakeholders.
