The Business Support Assistant will be part of a team that is at the heart of the company, supporting all departments and providing a friendly and helpful service with a variety of administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for inbound calls and support senior management where required. A high level of customer service must be extended to all current and potential clients, and excellent initiative and attention to detail are essential.

  • Producing contracts on behalf of the Sales Team with a high level of accuracy

  • Verifying documents and processing through to different teams

  • Ordering and processing Client International Check Requests

  • Answering telephone calls professionally, and directing them in an appropriate way using MS Teams

  • Welcoming visitors and providing refreshments during their visit

  • Ensuring the office is presentable, tidy, warm and welcoming for all visitors

  • Checking all meeting rooms on a regular basis and clearing when necessary

  • Creating promotional packs, proposals and welcome letters for various teams

  • Recording and storing agreements on the internal system

  • Producing reports for Directors and Leadership on an ad-hoc basis

  • Uploading content to update the welcome screens for visitors

  • Managing outgoing post from all departments

  • Stock Management

  • Scanning, photocopying, binding and managing internal administration where necessary


  • Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external people

  • A high level of attention to detail in order to complete important admin tasks with quality, accuracy and efficiency

  • A friendly and welcoming attitude  

  • Able to focus on efficiently completing tasks whilst maintaining a positive attitude

  • Actively encourages and embraces teamwork

  • Ability to multitask and manage various requests at once

  • Strong time management skills to prioritize workload and enlist support from the team where necessary
