HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for a team of 7 Executives and Senior Executives and ensure delivery against teams targets. You will coach, motivate and provide support for their progression. Each team member will be working to achieve annual personal development objectives, retention and client account growth targets.
