HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead and manage our most strategic partnerships. This senior role is crucial for driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our partnerships through exceptional relationship management, strategic planning, and execution.

VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key strategic partners, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with the company is positive and productive.
  • Provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and support to maximize their success with our products and services.

Partnership Strategy & Development:

  • Identify new strategic opportunities, assess their potential, and bring them to fruition through strategic engagement and negotiation.
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support the onboarding of new strategic partners and ensure a seamless integration into our ecosystem.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of strategic partnerships, including key metrics and KPIs, to ensure that all objectives are being met.

Upsell & Retention:

  • Drive upsell revenue through all strategic partner channels by supporting the GTM strategies with our partners.
  • Support the retention of our strategic partnerships by building positive and strong relationships.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?

  • Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships and growing business through retention and upsell.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments and teams.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can quickly adjust to changing priorities.
  • Experience managing Partnerships in an AML/FS environment is preferred, with a focus on SaaS products
